From the author: Each year at this time, the infamous Gales of November kick up violent waves on Lake Superior. The Gales sank the Edmund Fitzgerald. But watching them crash against the rocky shore, they are an unforgettable experience.

Thunder kicks

in your big blue womb


Roar joy

Fling waves on stone


Spit in the eye

of your sister Moon
