From the author: It was probably the most Frustrating game in baseball history! It's left it's mark almost 60 years later.

When a fellow by the name of Stan Williams name is mentioned it usually with disdain if you are a Dodger fan. It truly was a "wild" game and the most frustrating game possibly in the history of baseball.

And it wasn't even the WILD which led to what Williams considers the "regrettable" nearly 60 years later! Wow, can you imagine and despite the fact, he actually had a good career later -- no one remembers it though, except maybe a Twins fan or two.

Tales of My Baseball Youth; A child of the 60's

This is NOT a "baseball" book. It IS a book about relationships growing up centered around baseball. Every kid in every country can identify with "Tales" because it is a true story about how we grow up and with whom we grow up. For me, it just happened to be baseball, organized, back yard, pick up or card board, it was baseball. And it left some lifetime relationships in tact.
